No, you do not need to register for an account with us to place an order, but you may be requires to provide and/or verify a valid e-mail address and contact details when placing an order.
Can I change my order?
We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, Unfortunately, once your order has been placed it can not be changed or canceled and all sales are final.
What is your returns policy?
Please review our store policies prior to placing an order. All sales are final. If you have any questions, please email us. If an item arrives damaged, does not arrive, or you are missing a part of your order, please contact us to notify us of the issue.
I cannot find the style, color or size I’m looking for.
The colors and sizes available in the online shop reflect what we currently have in stock at the moment. We might re-stock popular products, or have them available in some of our stores, contact us and we’ll check our inventory or offer an alternative.
Do your clothes fit true to size?
Yes, our apparel fits true to size. Please place your order for the size you usually wear.
How much do I pay for shipping?
The shipping charge will be added to your order and visible at checkout before you finalize the order. The shipping is based on the items ordered and the destination. We offer free shipping on some of our products. Look for the "FREE SHIPPING" label in the product description for items that qualify. We also offer free shipping on all orders over $150.
