If you have purchased a product or service from Kelly Bragg Design, we may occasionally update you on our latest products and offers via e-mail. You will also be given the opportunity to receive such communications from us when you subscribe to our mailing list. Subscribers have the option to unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
If you no longer wish to receive communications from KBD, you may opt out by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of our emails. Unsubscribing will suspend your e-mail notifications from KBD. You are always welcome back! If you choose to sign up again, you will begin receiving email communications from KBD again.

If you would like to verify the information you have submitted to Kelly Bragg Design, you may do so by contacting us via e-mail at kelly@kellybraggdesign.com. Because we value the security of your personal information, we have procedures in place to protect your account with KBD. Please be aware, we may request that you provide proof of your identity prior to the communication and or release of any account information. KBD is not responsible for any information we provide in response to a request from someone using your identity. Please keep your information safe!

Your personal information is maintained through secure networks and is only accessible by a limited number of our staff who have been granted access rights and are required to keep the information confidential. For security reasons, no personal checks are accepted for payments.

SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY

KBD Tees truly appreciates each and every single order and takes great care to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a little longer to deliver to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions with a small independent business!

Please allow 1-2
days for processing. Once your order has been processed, please allow 7-10 business days for your shipment to arrive.

 

KBD & KBD Tees is not responsible for lost or stolen items, post office carrier delays, natural disaster delays, or delays due to holidays.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

All apparel, merchandise, and digital product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a defective product, please contact us at support@kbdtees.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. If your item is found to be defective, we will allow an exchange. We will not allow an exchange if the item has any signs of being used or worn or if you have not contacted us within the specified 3 business days.

If after review, KBD decides to move forward with an exchange, we will notify you. At that time, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item(s) back to us. A tracking number is required and should be emailed to us for your return to be processed. If you return an item without a tracking number KBD can not be held responsible if we do not receive the returned item(s). KBD is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please allow 7-10 days for processing returns. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange for any reason.
